What is the difference between Toiee Special toilet cleaner and Toiee Special toilet cleaner Extra Power?
Answer:
Toiee Special toilet cleaner contains lactic acid, oxalic acid and citric acid.
Toiee Special toilet cleaner Extra Power contains phosphoric acid.
Both toilet cleaning agents have a very high concentration of acids, considerably more than is contained in conventional toilet cleaning agents.
Both toilet detergents are effective against both limescale and ochre.
However, if you mostly need to remove limescale deposits, we recommend Toiee Special toilet cleaner Extra Power. Conversely, if the problem is mostly ochre deposits, we recommend using Toiee Special Toilet Cleaner.
Question:
Can the toilet bowl also be cleaned up under the flushing rim?
Answer:
Yes, if you fill the toilet bowl to the top with water and toilet cleaning detergent, you will also clean up under the flushing rim. This is a place which it is otherwise almost impossible to clean. But it is also an essential place to clean the toilet bowl to remove bacteria, as well as limescale deposits, since severe limescale deposits can occur that will impair the flushing function in the toilet bowl.
Question:
The water level falls in the toilet bowl, even though I have inflated the balloon?
Answer:
First you need to ensure that the balloon is not leaking. Blow up the balloon about 30 times.
For example, place the balloon in a bucket of water. If you see bubbles coming from the balloon, then it is leaking. Naturally, if this is the first time it has been used, the balloon will be covered by the warranty and can be replaced.
If there are no bubbles coming from the balloon, then it is airtight. Some toilets, such as Ifö Cera with an S-trap and possibly other models, have a small channel in the water lock, which may make it difficult to block the toilet in the normal way. In those cases (see the instructions), the balloon must be placed further back in the pipe outlet in order to form a seal.
Question:
The toilet is not as clean as expected.
Answer:
If most of the deposits have been removed, then we recommend giving the toilet bowl one more treatment. Try allowing the mixture to remain a little longer. Remember too that the toilet cleaning detergents are more effective in warm water than in cold water
or
Our products remove the vast majority of deposits, but unfortunately we have had a few disappointed customers. In all cases, it was found that the glaze or enamel of the toilet bowl had been damaged or worn. Nothing can be done in those cases, except perhaps to replace the toilet.
To avoid damaging the enamel or glaze in the toilet bowl, do not use drain cleaner, hydrochloric acid or abrasives. Using these agents is probably the surest way to destroy the glaze in your toilet bowl.
Question:
Does your toilet detergent damage the toilet bowl?
Answer:
No, our toilet detergents are completely harmless for the toilet bowl.
Question:
How often do you recommend using your products?
Answer:
It is difficult to give an exact answer. For routine cleaning of the toilet bowl, we recommend using the cleaning agents that are commonly available on the market and to clean the toilet bowl in the usual way.
But no matter how often you clean the toilet bowl, or if you live in an area with high lime and ochre content in the water, coatings can form in the toilet bowl very quickly.
Find your own rhythm for using Toiee`s products and then give the toilet bowl a thorough cleaning occasionally. This could be once a month or every 3 months. Your toilet bowl will remain nice and clean, free of coatings and bacteria up under the rim.
Question:
If an accident occurs, and the balloon and possibly also the tube and/or pump are flushed down the toilet, what happens then?
Answer:
We have seen this happen a few times. But the parts are small enough that they will simply be flushed out into the sewer and will not cause any damage.
To guard against an accident like this, do the following: While the toilet bowl is soaking, place the tube in under the toilet seat. When it is time to release the water, keep a firm hold of the hose and pump, as the water can exert a strong pull on them. For this reason, it is recommended to open the valve slowly.
Question:
Since the balloon is black, can it stain the toilet bowl?
Answer:
No, the balloon cannot cause stains.
Question:
Is the balloon not dirty when it is removed from the U-bend?
Answer:
This is an obvious question, when we think about what passes through the toilet. But the fact is that it is very rarely that any matter attaches itself to the balloon.
Question:
Are your toilet detergents harmful to the environment?
Answer:
No. Our toilet detergents decompose and are harmless to the environment.
Question:
How should Toiee toilet descaler be stored?
